2003 – Present: Co-founder and Senior Advisor for Center OrgProm, Ekaterinburg, Russia and Senior Trainer/Consultant. Provided Lean Technology and Leadership training and consultancy in more than 44 different Russian cities for more than 30 different companies. Both public and in-house training classes. Developed all training materials and simulation games and exercises needed for Russian cultural cognitive and experiential learning by students from Executives to shop floor workers. Largest examples: Four year training program at October Railroad taught over 200 hours of training to 107 Certified Lean Experts 40% classroom and 60% on the shop floor between 2010-2014. Taught over 400 Senior level Directors and Managers and 200 mid-level Masters Lean Leadership training and the combined effort of all managers and Lean experts reduced operational cost by more than 3.8 Billion Rubles in 4 years. Currently finishing a 2 year program to teach 64 Certified Lean experts at St. Petersburg Electric Bus Company. Plus over 90 Senior Directors/Managers and 50 Masters received Lean Leadership training, with a first year reduction of operational cost more than 300 Million Rubles. Customers also included Cber Bank, GazProm, Irkut Aviation, and many medium and small companies.
2005 – Present: Senior Trainer/Advisor for Expitris International, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Provided Lean Technology and Leadership public and in-house classes. Developed all training materials and simulation games and exercises needed for a mixture of Malaysian, Chinese, Indian, Thai cultural cognitive and experiential learning by students from Executives to shop floor workers. More than 15 public two-day classes taught per year for 12 years and more than 3000 students. More than 12 two-day in-house classes, in 5 different Malaysian cities with over 200mstudents from all levels of organizations including: INTEL and AMD computer chip manufacturers, Dyson Vacuum Cleaners mfg., Continental Tires, and Avon Cosmetics and others.
2001 – 2007 Founder/Partner of Lean Plus India, Chennei, India, as the Senior Trainer. Developed and provided Lean Technology and Leadership classes in more than 12 cities in India to more than 20 companies.
1995 – 2007 Founder and President of Leadership Excellence International, LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. Developed and provided Total Quality Management (TPM), Quality Auditor, Lean Technology, Maintenance Management, and Leadership classes to 5 different companies across western USA.
1965 – 1995 Electronic Aviation System technician, supervisor and Director at various locations around the world in the United States Air force.
